1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Vision AI Labs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use our software.

2. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Vision AI Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and run our applications on personal Android devices solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these terms.

3. Non-Medical & Wellness Disclaimer (ClearHear & Volume Booster)

Applications providing audio amplification (including ClearHear: Sound Amplifier EQ) are classified as Personal Sound Amplification Products (PSAP) and recreational sound equalizers. They are NOT certified medical devices or clinical hearing aids. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any hearing impairment. Always consult a certified audiologist or physician for medical hearing evaluations.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from our applications, nor use our apps to violate any applicable laws or copyright regulations (such as unauthorized media downloads).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All applications are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Vision AI Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
