Welcome to Vision AI Labs ("we", "our", or "us"). We build high-performance mobile utilities, media tools, and audio enhancement solutions published on the Google Play Store. We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and adhering strictly to the Google Play Developer Program Policies, GDPR, and CCPA guidelines.
This Privacy Policy explains what information our mobile applications process, how that information is handled, and the measures we take to ensure your personal data remains private and secure. By installing or using any application published by Vision AI Labs, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.
2. Zero-Personal Data Collection Philosophy
Vision AI Labs designs its applications with a privacy-first, on-device architecture:
- We DO NOT collect, store, sell, or trade your personal identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, home address, contact phone numbers, or email address.
- We DO NOT require user account registration, login credentials, or cloud profile synchronization to use our core utilities.
- All audio processing, video rendering, camera OCR scanning, and file conversion operations are executed 100% locally on your Android device.
3. Android Runtime Permissions & How They Are Used
Our apps only request permissions that are strictly necessary to deliver their core functionality. Permissions are requested dynamically with explicit user prompts:
Used strictly in real-time by ClearHear and Volume Booster to capture incoming ambient sound for low-latency DSP equalization and AI noise reduction. Audio streams are processed purely in temporary volatile RAM (buffers) and are NEVER recorded, saved to storage, or transmitted over the internet.
Used in DocuLite to capture photos of physical documents for edge detection and PDF creation. Image data is processed entirely on your phone and is never uploaded to any remote server.
Used by VidTube, Image to PDF, and Status Saver solely to allow you to select, play, export, or save video, image, and PDF files on your device.
Used by MirrorCast and Universal Remote to discover and connect to your Smart TV or streaming device on your local Wi-Fi network.
4. Third-Party SDKs & Advertising
To maintain our applications free of charge, some apps may display advertisements or utilize Google Play services. These vetted third-party SDKs may process non-personal diagnostic metrics:
- Google Play Services & Google AdMob: For displaying contextual advertisements and handling in-app purchases. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Diagnostic): Collects anonymized crash logs, operating system versions, and device hardware models to troubleshoot bugs and improve stability.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our applications are designed for general audiences and are not directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe an app has inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete it.
6. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Under European (GDPR) and California (CCPA) data privacy laws, users have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their personal data. Because our applications operate locally and do not maintain user databases, we do not retain your personal records. For ad personalization opt-outs, users may reset their Google Advertising ID anytime via Android Settings → Google → Ads.
